Day 16 - No electronic screen 2 hours before bed

Read all about why you should do this here:
Day 16

Before I booked my weekend in the desert, I checked my Challenge Calendar to make sure that the challenges were doable. I thought that not having an electronic screen 2 hours before bed would be an easy one, and as it turns out, I was right.

We did a lot of driving on Friday, but we also did a lot of walking, so I kept my phone on flight mode to record my steps, and I'm glad I did because I managed over 11000 steps in the end! At around 8 I put my phone away and switched it off.

On Friday night I slept on a mattress, in a sleeping bag, in the open, in the middle of the Sahara Desert! With nothing but the sky full of stars as my ceiling. And it was awesome! I had no idea that there are so many stars, and it was the first time I have ever actually seen the Milky Way properly.

So this one was an easy one for me to achieve, and I don't generally use my phone after 8 anyway, so it will be an easy one to implement in the future.
